Association StekloSouz of Russia. Meeting on the issues of making changes to the House of Culture Steklo

On July 12, 2022, a meeting was held at the Association StekloSouz of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the SSR) on the issues of amending the Steklo Roadmap (Steklo DK). Earlier, the document was approved by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Abramchenko Victoria Valerievna and worked out by the formed working group (WG) of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia).

As is known, the WG includes the heads of the Ecology Committee of the Association StekloSouz of Russia Savin Alexey Vladimirovich, Chairman and Lukyantsev Sergey Vyacheslavovich, Deputy Chairman, Deputy General Director of JSC Sibsteklo.

The meeting was held in an expanded format.

Savin A.V. made a presentation. He reported on the results of the consideration of initiatives submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and the Russian Environmental Operator (PPK REO). The position of the SSR is to recognize glass consumer enterprises as responsible for the collection of secondary raw materials. At the same time, it is expedient to consider plants with glass melting furnaces as utilizers.

The proposals for organizing systematic work on the collection and processing of cullet for remelting, the issues of creating a single digital platform were discussed. The GOST project for cullet was considered. The main proposals were presented in writing addressed to the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Kozlov A.A.

Demura Andrey Yuryevich - Vice President, Director of the Department for Digital Management of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia was entrusted with preparing material for the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and the PIC "REO".

Nikolai Pavlovich Talakuev, director of the technical regulation department of StekloSouz Russia, and Lyudmila Sergeyevna Sergeeva, deputy director of the glass container department of StekloSouz Russia, were instructed to prepare comments on the draft GOST.

Other decisions have also been made.
