The Department of Metallurgy and Materials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Department), in accordance with the letter of the Government Office of the Russian Federation dated August 19, 2020 No. P11-50468 on the issue of considering the appeal of the Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan M.I. Galiev on amendments to the Federal Law of 24.06.1998 No. 89-FZ "On Production and Consumption Waste" (hereinafter referred to as the draft federal law), submits the draft federal law for consideration.
