GISP begins accepting applications for inclusion in the list of modern technologies for R&D under the RF Government No. 1649

Dear colleagues!

We inform you that the distribution of subsidies to Russian organizations to compensate for part of the costs of R&D on modern technologies as part of the implementation of innovative projects (PP dated December 12, 2019 No. 1649) will be based on the list of modern technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. You can apply for the inclusion of a technology in the list on the platform of the State Information System of Industry in electronic form in the period from 10/13/2020 to 10/30/2020. The publication of the list of modern technologies and the competitive selection for the receipt of subsidies will also be implemented in the GISP.

According to PP No. 1649, subsidies will be provided in order to stimulate innovation activities of organizations based on R&D on modern technologies directly related to the production and sale of competitive industrial products. The maximum amount of subsidies for each modern technology will be determined according to the list of modern technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

We draw your attention to the fact that this collection of proposals for the formation of a list of modern technologies is not related to the list of modern technologies for the purpose of concluding special investment contracts, formed in accordance with the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 21, 2020 No. 319.
