We continue to inform you about the difficult period of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant.
The dispute between the Tomsk plant "Light of the XXI century", the successor to the legendary Tomsk electric lamp plant, with the tax inspection once again proves the lack of rights of the regional authorities in the face of federal structures.
No matter how the two deputy governors, Igor Shaturny and Andrei Antonov, acting as chairmen at the meeting of the special headquarters, swore to maintain production and resolve the conflict between lampoviks and the State Tax Inspectorate and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, none of this comes of it.
The tax authorities insist on the withdrawal of income tax for previous periods and do not accept any arguments that there was no profit in such amounts.
A lump sum payment of taxes buries production, the taxpayer and, ultimately, the remaining hopes for the viability of the regional government.
The other day there was a court session, at which representatives of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant asked to appoint an examination in order to confirm the costs incurred and the absence of profit in the indicated amounts (about 40 million rubles).
At the moment, the trial has been postponed until October 6, 2020.
