Release. Support for the glass industry and infrastructure in the Russian Federation

The "StekloSouz" Association of Russia and the Organizing Committee of the "Regions - Sustainable Development" competition have launched a joint corporate product aimed at supporting the glass industry and infrastructure in the Russian Federation. The product is the result of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the parties on January 14, 2020 in order to increase the availability of credit and technological resources for the implementation of sectoral investment projects, as well as the development of an integrated system of state support for entrepreneurship and a single unified system for working with investment projects.

As part of the cooperation agreement signed on January 14, 2020 by the President of the StekloSouz Association of Russia Viktor Osipov and the chairman of the Organizing Committee of the competition Anna Belichenko, an independent comprehensive examination of sectoral projects of investment programs of glass industry companies is carried out in order to assist in attracting concessional financing and state support.

The joint corporate product of StekloSoyuz and the Organizing Committee of the Regions for Sustainable Development Competition is designed to help project initiators to receive financial and non-financial support, to translate a business idea into an implemented project, having received preferential terms of financing from banks with state participation during the structuring and subsequent implementation of a business initiative , development institutions, professional investors.

It is this kind of comprehensive project support that forms the basis of the “single coordinator” system, according to which the Organizing Committee of the Competition works. The advantage of the “single coordinator” system is also that it allows Russian enterprises to receive both information and confirmation: on federal and regional forms of support for existing development institutions; on obtaining an opinion from several banks for the choice of a creditor bank for the project and industry expertise from leading expert organizations.

“Comprehensive support of domestic producers - enterprises and projects of the glass industry - is our common goal within the framework of the agreement concluded with the Association“ StekloSouz ”of Russia, - said Anna Belichenko, Chairman of the Organizing Committee. “We intend to create additional prerequisites for the development and modernization of glass factories in our country, taking into account the needs of the industry and related markets, to organize comprehensive industry support for the development of the industry and the promotion of the products of enterprises in the Eurasian space.”

“The glass industry in Russia needs stable work. The "StekloSouz" Association of Russia, within the framework of the approved industry development program, pays particular attention to innovative development. New technologies allow factories to look to the future with confidence, this confidence is based on the production of competitive products in all segments of the glass industry, which allows them to successfully meet the needs of the domestic glass market and develop exports. It can be said that import substitution and export are the "tree of goals" of glass factories - the key to stable operation of the industry.

The "Regions - Sustainable Development" competition is a good platform for solving program problems for the next 10 years.
