On November 18, the Larta Glass plant was visited by the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov. On the eve of the Day of the Glass Industry Worker, he got acquainted with the production complex of the enterprise and discussed plans for further development with the company's management.

Pavel Malkov emphasized the importance of production for the Ryazan region and highly appreciated its prospects. “The enterprise is one of the key ones for the construction sector of the region for the country as a whole. “It works continuously and has a good demand for products,” said Pavel Malkov. - The production is very high-tech, everything here is aimed at achieving results. The highest production culture and close-knit team. The company is exemplary. It is important that it develops, new sales markets appear, there are plans to introduce new areas of work and products.” The governor noted that the plant will be provided with the necessary support from the Government of the Ryazan region.

The glass factory Larta Glass has been operating in Ryazan since 2008. This is one of two Larta Glass enterprises in Russia with a continuous production cycle. The nominal capacity of the glass melting furnace at the Ryazan plant is 750 tons of glass per day. It produces float glass, vacuum magnetron-coated glass, mirror and back-tinted glass - it is used for residential construction, commercial construction, interior decoration. Glass produced at the Ryazan plant is used not only for projects in Russia, but is also exported to the EAEU countries, Turkey, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Morocco, Qatar, Israel, Albania and Serbia.

In 2022, the plant changed ownership and name (previously known as Guardian Glass and owned by Guardian Industries). The FSK group of companies became the new owner. At the same time, production, quality standards, and a team of employees were completely preserved,” Elena Rassudimova, general director of Larta Glass, emphasized during the working meeting.

“We are pleased that during the transition to a new owner, we managed not only to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the plant, but also to maintain all production processes at a high level,” said Elena Rassudimova. “We also quickly managed to rebuild the processes, some of which were carried out abroad until 2022, with the participation of our European and American colleagues. Now we can say that we have successfully passed this important stage - it will certainly become an impetus for the further development of Larta Glass.”

The high level of technologies in production and the prospects for development were also emphasized by Vladimir Voronin, president of the FGC group of companies.

“Larta Glass is known not only for its wide range of high-quality products, but also for its approach and business principles,” he said. “This allowed the company to become one of the largest manufacturers whose products are widely used in the largest and most significant projects throughout Russia. When I first met the team, I was impressed. The company works perfectly, every little thing is thought out! We are confident that the entry of Larta Glass into the FGC family will have a significant impact on the further development of the construction industry.”
