Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Meeting on import substitution and additional professional education

At the end of June 2024, at the StekloGaz Institute, a visiting meeting of the leaders of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia (SSR), the Scientific and Technical Center of the SSR (STC SSR), StekloGaz LLC and glass enterprises was held.

Issues of import substitution and additional professional education were considered.

LLC "StekloGaz" not only designs factories, but also has its own production of equipment for glass container factories, including special types of refractories and providing control over production processes.

The meeting was chaired by Viktor Osipov, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia. Summing up the working session, Viktor Osipov expressed hope that industrial science, as before, will occupy its rightful place, which is necessary for the successful development of glass production. He noted the high quality of products produced by the research and production association.

The meeting participants made decisions. This includes allowing students from educational institutions to undergo practical training at the enterprise. At the same time, explore the possibility of organizing an educational process for additional vocational education on the basis of StekloGaz.

As you know, at the annual international Forum “Glass and Modern Technologies-XXI” on December 14, 2023, it was decided to create conditions for additional vocational education (CPE) and special vocational education (SVE).

Work on implementing the solution is being carried out systematically and will be completed when the system starts working.
