LSR bought 33 percent in the authorized capital of a glass factory in the Vologda region

Developer LSR bought a 33% stake in the authorized capital of LLC Chagodoshchensky Glass Factory and K in the Vologda region, according to SPARK data.

The factory was founded in 1931 and is engaged in the production of glass containers, according to the official website of the enterprise. It has a subsidiary, LLC ChSZ-Lipetsk. It is listed as a resident of the Lipetsk special economic zone (SEZ).

Before the sale, the main shares of the Chagodoshchensky Glass Factory belonged to two entrepreneurs, David Dzhalagoniya and Elena Buchina. In addition to LSR, their assets were partially bought by LLC VYBORG-TERMINAL SEVERO-ZAPAD and LLC STONE.

The LSR group of companies includes two aerated concrete and four brick factories located in the Leningrad and Moscow regions, as well as quarries for the extraction of sand and crushed stone.

The developer ranks 6th among Russian developers in terms of current construction volumes. This figure is 1.7 million square meters. According to ERZ, the company operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad and Sverdlovsk regions.
