From November 21 to 22, 2024, a large-scale industry event was held at the State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution of Higher Education "Gus Glass College" named after G.F. Chekhlov (Vladimir Region, Gus-Khrustalny, Pisareva St., 17) - the 25th annual International Forum "Glass and Modern Technologies - XXI"!

Forum theme: "Features of the glass industry in modern conditions. Problems of training specialists using secondary vocational education (SVE) and additional vocational education (AVE) for the glass industry of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. Prospects for improving the retraining of personnel."

The two days of the Forum included: plenary sessions; expert discussions; business negotiations; a meeting with students and graduates of the State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution of Higher Education “Gus Glass College” named after G.F. Chekhlov; discussion of EPR, utilization and recycling issues; decision-making and approval; visits to factories and a glass museum.

As part of the 25th annual international Forum "Glass and Modern Technologies - XXI", the award ceremony for the winners of the international competition "Leader of the Glass Industry - 2024" took place.
