On the creation of the Art Glass Committee. Association StekloSouz of Russia

Dear colleagues and partners!

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia (SSR) informs you about the creation of a new initiative committee - the Committee of Artistic Glass.

The main task of the Committee is the development and popularization of the art of artistic glass, support of professional craftsmen, exchange of experience and assistance in the implementation of creative projects, inclusion in the register of crafts, as well as the search for grants and subsidies for the development of glassmaking.

Main areas of work:

1. Organization of exhibitions, festivals and master classes on art glass (invitation to the festival "Zazerkalye"/open)

2. Creation of a platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices among specialists

3. Support for young talents and aspiring masters

4. Interaction with cultural and educational institutions to popularize this type of art

5. Development of programs for the preservation and development of traditions of art glass

The creation of the Committee is aimed at strengthening the position of art glass as an important part of cultural heritage and contemporary art, as well as stimulating innovative approaches in this area.

We invite all interested parties to join the activities of the Committee, share ideas and participate in the implementation of joint projects.
