Production volumes at the Russian-Uzbek fiberglass plant will amount to 20 million rubles per month

The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Dagestan Nizam Khalilov spoke about the development of the Russian-Uzbek fiberglass enterprise at a meeting on the development of foreign trade relations of Dagestan under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Dagestan Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the region reported.

The official opening of the joint Russian-Uzbek enterprise Asadbek Glass Fiber LLC took place at the end of August with the participation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who highly praised the project.

According to the minister, the joint venture has adapted the 1.5-stage textile fiberglass project to the requirements and technology for the production of products that comply with the Russian State Standard.

The founder from the Russian side is the Caspian Composite group of companies. The main raw material for production is SHSE-9 glass beads. They will be supplied to the joint venture from the Dagestani manufacturer Caspian Glass LLC, which is part of the Caspian Composite group of companies.

“The priority of the project for our country is the ability to ensure supplies of modern dual-use equipment,” noted Nizam Khalilov.

The planned monthly production volumes at the enterprise will amount to about 20 million rubles for the following types of products: construction mesh, fiberglass, electrical insulating mesh, roving fiberglass.
