The main theme of the congress: “Problems hindering the development of the glass industry and ways to solve them. Recommendations for growth and improvement of production until 2030.”

The difficult economic situation allowed management personnel and specialists of the glass industry to reassess the industry development strategy.

Enterprises develop and offer innovative glass materials to the glass market. Much work is being done to import substitution of certain types of glass and products.

At the same time, the conference draws the attention of the Government and heads of relevant ministries of the Russian Federation to change the process of personnel training in isolation from production and change the mechanism for providing glass factories with young specialists, and renew the system of personnel retraining. These problems need to be resolved quickly.

Decisions have been made.
