Analysis of the Russian sheet and container glass market. December 2024

Larta Glass is the leader in sheet glass production, producing 32.0% of all glass in the Russian Federation.

The largest increase in production in 2024 compared to 2023 occurred at Expo Glass LLC +1.6 million m² (+39.0%) to 5.6 million m².

The largest decrease in production in 2024 compared to 2023 occurred at Salavatsteklo Volga JSC -3.7 million m² (-31.5%) to 8.0 million m².

In November 2024, the production of glass bottles increased by 1.3% compared to November 2023. The production of glass cups decreased by 22.1%. The production volume of tableware for medical purposes decreased by 26.1%.
