Analysis of the market for sheet and container glass in Russia. January 2024

The AGC company is a leader in the production of flat glass, producing 29.0% of all glass in the Russian Federation.

The largest increase in production in January 2024 compared to January 2023 occurred at Larta Glass Ryazan LLC +0.9 million m² (+89.6%) to 2.0 million m².

The largest decrease in production in January 2024 compared to January 2023 occurred at Larta Glass Ramenskoye LLC -0.1 million m² (-8.7%) to 0.8 million m².

In January 2024, glass bottle production decreased by 5.7% compared to January 2023. Production of glass glasses decreased by 4.8%. Production volumes of utensils for medical purposes decreased by 0.2%.
