XXIII All-Russian Congress of Milk Producers and Processors

Dear colleagues!

On February 5, 2025, the XXIII All-Russian Congress of Milk Producers and Processors was held in Moscow as part of the Prodexpo-2025 exhibition of food, beverages and raw materials for their production.

In accordance with the cooperation agreement between the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia and the Dairy Union of Russia, Viktor Osipov, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, took part in the event.

In their reports, the heads of dairy manufacturing plants outlined the current problems that hinder the planned development of the industry. In particular, issues of consumption of safe and high-quality products were discussed.

The document signed between the two leading federal organizations provides for a gradual increase in the consumption of glass containers in bottling milk for the end consumer. The use of glass bottles will guarantee citizens high quality of the product and absolute safety for health.

The All-Russian Congress made important decisions for the confident development of milk production.
