Larta Glass launches a new line of products based on clear glass for architectural and interior solutions

Larta Glass, one of the largest glass manufacturers in Russia, presents a new line of products based on Larta UltraClear clear glass for architectural and interior solutions. These products are unique and replace imported analogues that previously came from Europe. Now they are available on the Russian market at a competitive price.

The previous stage was the launch in November 2023 of a special series of extra-transparent float glass Larta UltraClear. It is coated glass with a low iron content, which provides increased light transmittance combined with a neutral tint. The almost complete absence of green tone ensures color reproduction while maintaining natural colors.

With the help of these products, architects and designers will be able to realize visually light and elegant facades and structures. Glass with LartaPro coatings based on UltraClear have improved aesthetics and are suitable for facade glazing of various types of buildings, storefronts and fences. Reverse-colored white glass and mirror, thanks to greater color purity, will help create exquisite interior designs: partitions, showers, cabinet furniture, doors, kitchens and showcases.

“We are launching products based on coated glass to meet global trends in architecture and satisfy the Russian market’s demand for lightness and neutrality,” says Larta Glass commercial director Alexander Chetverikov. “At the same time, an important launch condition for us was to provide the high level of service that our customers expect, as is the case with already beloved products. We plan to regularly produce products based on UltraClear in order to adapt to market needs and develop a unique offer for partners and end consumers.”

Thanks to the high transparency of the base glass, products coated with Larta UltraClear provide high light transmittance and more accurate color rendering. Unlike conventional float glass, which has a greenish tint and distorts colors in interiors and exteriors, the new products create a beautiful visual effect, highlighting the style and ambiance of the premises.

“We sought not only to improve the aesthetics of the new products, but also to maintain their high energy efficiency,” says Roman Milyukov, director of architectural projects. “At the same time, an enlightened basecoat will help avoid off-colors in multi-layer and large-format designs.”

The company's architectural product line will be expanded with the following products:

1. LartaPro Premium T UltraClear

2. LartaPro HD Neutral 67 UltraClear

3. LartaPro HD Platinum 67 UltraClear

4. LartaPro SE Silver 60 UltraClear

5. LartaPro SE Neutral 80 HT UltraClear

6. LartaPro SE Neutral 70 UltraClear

7. LartaPro HP Neutral 60/40 UltraClear

8. LartaPro HP Titan 70/54 UltraClear

The new products are available in a full range of thicknesses and formats, including the extra-large oversize format of over 9 meters.

For interior designers, Larta Glass offers two new products based on Larta UltraClear: DecoLart White UltraClear reverse-colored glass, as well as Larta Mirror UltraClear.

“In the interior glazing segment, we see a request for “purer” shades in reverse-colored and float glass for partitions and fences,” says Tatyana Suvorova, head of interior solutions development. — A special feature of products made on coated glass is accurate color rendition. This glass does not distort natural colors, but maintains their neutrality. This is important for creating a harmonious interior in which the colors of furniture, walls and other elements are combined with each other and with the color of the glass.”

These products are the result of research work carried out by Larta Glass using advanced float glass production technologies at the group's enterprises. The team successfully launched mass production of new coated glasses using local raw materials and the experience of Russian experts.
