Fulldome film shot at the Lytkarino plant received an award from Roscosmos

The fulldome film "Russian Orbital Observatories", which was filmed, among other things, at the Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant, became the winner of the main prize from Roscosmos at the VI International Film Festival "Tsiolkovsky". The award ceremony took place at the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics in Kaluga.

The film tells about the leading space telescopes of Russia. Its premiere at the Lytkarino Planetarium took place on November 28, 2024. The author of the idea, director and producer of the project - Andrey Lobanov, head of the Association of Planetariums of Russia during the award ceremony conveyed warm greetings to the residents of Lytkarino and noted that work in the district became an important part of the filming process.
