A glass factory in Dagestan has encountered a problem with the supply of equipment for an investment project. The project is being implemented by Caspian Glass Fiber Plant LLC.

The first stage of production has already been completed; a new plant for the production of glass fiber, followed by processing into technical textiles for industrial composite materials, has been built at the Uytash investment site.

During its expansion, the plant encountered a problem with the supply of imported equipment. The investment project entails the construction of a glass-melting furnace for the production of textile fiberglass with a capacity of 15,000 tons per year.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Dagestan, the project will create more than 400 jobs, and the investment will exceed 4 billion rubles.
