Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Alexander Kozlov, to identify negligent regional operators for handling solid municipal waste. On August 7, the Russian leader held a meeting with members of the Cabinet. He pointed out the shortcomings in the work of such operators.
