Four investment projects from the Vladimir region will receive support from the SME corporation

Vladimir Sipyagin and General Director of the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses Alexander Braverman held a round table on the topic “Presentation of investment projects of SMEs in the Vladimir region” by videoconference. It took place within the framework of the strategic session of the SME Corporation dedicated to the implementation of government support measures for small and medium-sized companies. The event was attended by Dmitry Golovanov, Chairman of the Board of SME Bank, Acting Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Vladimir Region Victoria Kulygina, Director of the Department of Economic Development Alexander Yaroshevsky, heads of structural divisions of the regional administration, director of the regional Guarantee Fund Sergey Sidorin, representatives of banking structures, small and medium-sized companies.

“The administration of the Vladimir region is systematically working to create a favorable business climate in the region. The SME Corporation is our ally in promoting business activity, we are working together on various tools to support entrepreneurs. We are talking about financial support, leasing, guarantees and sureties, consulting, free training and consulting, digitalization of small and medium-sized businesses and much more. We understand that business is developing - new jobs with decent wages appear, tax revenues increase, the economy and the social sphere are developing, ”said Vladimir Sipyagin.

In turn, Alexander Braverman assured: the SME Corporation aims to continue fruitful cooperation with the Vladimir region. He paid great attention to the presentation of four investment projects - applicants for financial support from the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, in the implementation of which it is planned to use credit-guarantee products of the SME Corporation, SME Bank, Sberbank PJSC and the Guarantee Fund of the Vladimir Region.

Thus, LLC PK AVT from Kolchugino plans to attract financing to create a production of complete busbar systems for power transmission. The company "Yuryev-Polsky Meat Processing Plant" is interested in the modernization and expansion of the existing production of meat products. LLC "Promresurs", specializing in the wholesale trade of chemical products for glass production, presented a project for the reconstruction of non-residential premises for a service station for its own trucks. The Agrotrans enterprise needs financial support for the purchase of vehicles for the transportation of bulk materials in order to increase the volume of freight traffic. Representatives of the companies briefly but succinctly spoke about their projects, their strengths, calculated advantages, as well as possible risks.

“The projects are significant. The total investment in them is more than 1.65 billion rubles, while the support of the Corporation may amount to about 1.4 billion. The creation of 185 new jobs is envisaged. It is very important that now the companies that have kept their work collectives in the pandemic are thinking about further development, ”said Alexander Braverman. He said that all four projects can count on the support of the SME Corporation.

In total, within the framework of the national guarantee system, to date, small and medium-sized companies in the 33rd region have managed to attract financial support in the amount of more than 7.6 billion rubles.

In 2020, SME Bank financed small and medium-sized businesses in the Vladimir region in the amount of about 700 million rubles. And during the period of anti-crisis measures, entrepreneurs of the region were provided with about 34 million rubles of concessional loans to maintain employment and resume activities. This saved 477 jobs.
