«Feds» will help Omsk glaziers compete with the West

According to the information broadcast by the press service of the regional Ministry of Industry, Omsk LLC Glassprom, which specializes in the formation and processing of sheet glass, will receive support from the Federal Industrial Development Fund in the amount of 499.9 million rubles.

It is reported that these funds will be used to organize the production of large-format architectural glass units, which, in turn, are ordered for the design of business centers, shopping centers, airports and skyscrapers.

It is planned that annually the enterprise will prepare about 27 thousand square meters of products. It was announced that Glasprom will be involved in the creation of infrastructure facilities for the MFM-2023.

It is especially stipulated that today the profile market is literally occupied by Western states - Turkey, Germany and Belarus. The share of their presence reaches 80%, an investment of almost half a billion rubles should help reduce these indicators to 50%.

“The total budget of the project is 999.8 million rubles, of which 499.9 million rubles can be provided by the IDF in the form of a concessional loan to the IDF“ Development Projects ”program, - the press service of the regional Ministry of Industry indicates.
