Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited a number of industrial and infrastructure facilities in the region

Saturday, May 27, 2023 Marat Karabaev got acquainted with the activities of the Bolashak-T large house-building plant, which since 2014 has been manufacturing reinforced concrete products for the construction of residential, public and industrial buildings in the western regions of Kazakhstan, and VodEcoFilter LLP, which produces various water treatment and water supply plants, electrolysis plants, food waste disposal equipment, etc.

The minister also visited a factory for the production of fire-fighting, specialized and agricultural equipment with a long history of Agroremmash JSC and got acquainted with the activities of a specialized domestic glass processing enterprise. Stekloservis LLP, founded in 2001, produces insulating glass units for general construction purposes, tempered, impact-resistant, laminated and enamelled glass. For 22 years, the company has acquired its own production base in the city of Uralsk, branches in the cities of Aktobe, Atyrau, a representative office and a production workshop for the production of double-glazed windows in the city of Astana.

A day earlier, the head of the MIIR visited the West Kazakhstan Machine-Building Company JSC, where he took part in a solemn event on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the enterprise and presented certificates and medals to workers for their contribution to the development of the defense industry.

The plant is one of the leading enterprises in Kazakhstan in the development and production of high-tech equipment for the extraction, preparation and transportation of oil and gas, power equipment, complex metal structures, construction equipment, small arms and ammunition. The company employs 830 highly qualified employees.

Since 2011, the company has been closely cooperating with General Electric in the provision of services for the repair of gas compressor units.

ZKMK is a high-tech modern production complex, which includes procurement, stamping, machining, welding and assembly and tool production, as well as a testing center for quality control of finished products and materials used. Moreover, the plant is the only accredited testing center for small arms in Kazakhstan.

Production provides a full cycle of order fulfillment, including design development of equipment, its manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning to launch equipment into production.
