Ministry of Construction has updated the classifier of construction information

The update affected all the classification tables that are part of the information system. This was announced by Dmitry Volkov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.

“Updated versions of 21 classification tables, which included more than 700 additions and changes, were uploaded by the FAU“ FCS ”specialists into the information system of the construction information classifier. First of all, such changes are associated with the updating from January 1, 2021 of a number of regulatory and technical documents. The most numerous changes in the process of this update affected information sources, each of which was checked for relevance, and according to the results of the check, inoperative sources were either removed or replaced with current versions, ”explained Dmitry Volkov.

In the process of updating the construction information classifier (CSI), more than 500 classes were corrected, in which the subclass codes, types, names, sources, notes, HESN codes, DAC codes, definitions and examples were changed. CSI was supplemented with more than 70 new elements, namely: codes of subclasses, types, compound codes, sources, names and codes of CSR were added. Also, more than 100 elements were excluded from the CSI. Were eliminated technical inaccuracies and removed invalid or incorrect classes and information characterizing them.

The work was carried out taking into account the proposals prepared by experts, including the FAU "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia", JSC "Nanosoft" and others.

“The relevance of all information included in the CSI will be monitored further. This year it is planned to involve expert communities to discuss controversial issues and make changes to the system. This will make it possible not only to update the CSI, but also to improve its work, ”noted the director of the FAU“ FCS ”Sergey Muzychenko.

Recall that, according to the approved legal acts, the CSI is a part of the GISOGD RF. Prior to the commissioning of the GISOGD RF in operation, scheduled for 2022, the classifier was posted as an information resource on the FAU "FCS" website.

For the current year, work is planned to improve the classifier together with companies that have expressed their desire to take part in the approbation of the classifier.
