The new plant in Dobryatino will give the country 75 thousand tons of lime per year

On December 1, Vladimir Sipyagin, Governor of the Vladimir Region, made a working trip to the village of Dobryatino, Gus-Khrustalny District, where a lime plant is being opened. The cost of the project, implemented by the Dobryatinskoye Karyeroupravlenie (DKU) company, is 400 million rubles.

The conditional "red ribbon" together with the governor was cut by the chairman of the committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region Alexander Tsygansky, the head of the administration of the Gus-Khrustalny district Alexei Kabenkin and the general director of the enterprise Igor Barankov. But first, the participants of the ceremony were shown the famous Dobriatinsky quarry. A wide road made of the same limestone leads to it. Downstairs, heavy dump trucks were lined up in a line: "BelAZ", "Tatra", "Hania" ...

The magnificent picture of the famous deposit cannot but amaze the imagination of those who first saw it. The quarry opens from above like an excavation in the Egyptian desert, huge excavators seem like crumbs against the backdrop of this majestic picture of unique limestone deposits. According to Igor Barankov, General Director of Dobriatinsky Quarry Management, the quarry is fully electrified. Here, in his words, “one of the most powerful crushing and sorting plants” was built here.

On the plant territory there is already a plant of mineral powders with a railway line, on which a train of dry cargo cars stood, is also impressive. White powder of limestone like snow fell on the territory of the plant covered with the first ice - and therefore it was not slippery to walk. The new plant is not at all like the engineering buildings. The main part of it is in the open air. This is a huge tower in which limestone will be heated to a temperature of a thousand degrees. Inside the buildings - automation, which will "lead" everything. The plant is not working yet, its launch, according to the general director, is scheduled for January next year. But 280 million rubles of loans have already been “disbursed”. Barankov launched various mechanisms - they roared at their entire reactive power. The general director also showed the plant's power plant: the plant does not need to be supplied with power grids: “Due to the increase in electricity tariffs, we have found funds to purchase our own 1 MW power center worth about 40 million rubles.”

Vladimir Sipyagin noted that “the opening of this enterprise is of great importance not only for the Vladimir region, but also for the whole country, since there are very few such industries in Russia. And the entrepreneurial initiative shown by the head of the company is worth a lot. " According to the governor, "the enterprise is significant not only for our region with a large number of glass industries, but also for all enterprises in the construction industry, where lime is also used."

- The creation of this plant was facilitated by the state's support for private initiative, - said the governor.

The plant's capacity will be 75 thousand tons of products per year, and the estimated number of employees is 41 people. The construction of a lime plant in Dobryatino became possible thanks to the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”. JSC SME Bank provided DKU with a loan in the amount of 279.6 million rubles under the guarantee of JSC Corporation SME in the amount of 170.7 million rubles and a guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Vladimir Region in the amount of 25 million rubles.

According to Igor Barankov, “this is our fourth project in the Gus-Khrustalny district”. The first was the Dobriatinsky stone processing plant, equipped with modern Italian equipment. The second is a crushing and screening plant. In 2016, a mineral powder plant was opened, one of the largest in the Russian Federation.

“There is not a single glass factory in the country that does not use the services of our plant for the supply of mineral powder,” the general director assured. - As for the new lime plant, financing began in June last year. Credit funds - 280 million rubles - we managed to master in a year and a half. The plant is ready, in December we are planning the last commissioning works.

The new plant for the production of lime, said Igor Barankov, will supply its products to the Kovrovsky silicate brick plant, to the Borsky silicate brick plant (Nizhny Novgorod region), to aerated concrete plants in the Moscow region. Some highly qualified specialists will go to work in Dobryatino on shifts from Kovrov (where the old, inefficient lime production is being closed).

The open pit operating in Dobryatino is designed for the extraction of limestone until 2046, but, according to Barankov, “there are additional deposits that we will explore and increase.” The company plans to build another limestone kiln, since there are "serious applications from the metallurgical industry" for the supply of lime.
