Господдержка предприятий-производителей строительных материалов
Dear Colleagues!
Glass factories are contacting the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia with a request to clarify the difference in the clauses of the GOST 33205-2014, GOST 30407-2019 standards between the clauses in the GOST 5717.1-2021, GOST 32131-21 standard, relating to decoration and decoration on the surface of cans and bottles .
GOST 33205-2014 contains clause 3.1 decor: Drawing, partial or complete coating applied to the outer surface of bottles.
GOST 30407-2019 contains clause 3.9 decor (decoration): Drawing, partial or complete coating that is applied to the surface.
GOST 5717.1-2021 contains clause 3.16 decor (decoration): A pattern that is applied to the surface of a can/bottle during the formation process.
GOST 32131-2021 contains clause 3.17 decor (decoration): A pattern that is applied to the surface of the bottle during the formation process.
Question: What is considered decor, a pattern obtained during the molding of a jar/bottle during the production (formation) of a glass product, or is decor considered a coating applied to an already received container?
And also explain the changes in the GOST 32671-2020 standard
GOST 32671-2020 contains clause 5.1.30 Banks and bottles are made without decoration on the outer surface.
Question: What was the reason for the appearance of clause 5.1.30 in GOST 32671-2020? There was no such item in the earlier version.
Example:
Is it possible to produce containers in accordance with GOST 32671-2020 with such an ornament as in the picture, will this be considered decor?
