Information on the entry into force of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation

Dear colleagues!

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia informs you that from 01.09.2022 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830 “On approval of the rules for creating and maintaining the state register of objects that have a negative impact on the environment” comes into force.

Please note that this Decree is different from Decree No. 572 of 2016.

Earlier, information on the entry into force of Federal Law No. 247 and Federal Law No. 248 was published on the industry information portal of StekloSoyuz Russia (see more).

These documents define the responsibility of business entities for the impact on the environment.
