The government of Belarus increases the state share in the authorized capital of nine largest enterprises

The authorities of Belarus have decided to increase the state's share in the authorized capital of nine large enterprises whose activities include construction and wood processing. The corresponding resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 305 dated May 14, 2022 was published on the website of the National Legal Internet Portal.

In accordance with this decision, the state share will increase in the authorized capital of nine enterprises with the form of ownership of an open joint-stock company (OJSC), namely: Belarusian Cement Plant, Grodno Glass Plant, Krasnoselskstroymaterialy, Krichevcementnoshifer, Gomeldrev, Ivatsevichdrev, Mostovdrev, Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Plant and Plant Gomelglass. Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers, the share of state property in the authorized capital of these enterprises will be increased by the amount of state support received by these enterprises from the budget in 2021.
