The residents of Vladimir sentenced to forced labor are planned to be employed at the construction sites of Monostroy and at the glass factory in Gus-Khrustalny

The department of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Vladimir Region is negotiating with the business community on the organization of sites at enterprises for the employment of citizens who have received punishment in the form of forced labor.

The Vladimir department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia announces a new round of negotiations with entrepreneurs to expand the network of correctional centers and open sections in private industries that function as correctional centers. Such sites should provide conditions for serving sentences for convicts who have been sentenced to forced labor by the court. They can be employed in both state and private companies.

Those sentenced to forced labor will probably work at construction sites in Vladimir and at a glass factory in the Gus-Khrustalny district.

On July 16, a working meeting was held between Aleksey Girichev, head of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Vladimir Region, and Oleg Chizhov, General Director of the Monostroy construction company, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir Region. The issue of creating a correctional center on the territory of the city of Vladimir, for serving sentences in the form of forced labor, which will specialize in construction, that is, the labor of convicts can be used at the construction sites of "Monostroy" was considered.

In Gus-Khrustalny, on the same day, representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service held negotiations with the general director of the Krasnoye Echo glass enterprise, Dmitry Clegg - factories for the production of glass jars and bottles are located in the villages of Krasnoye Echo and Urshelsky.

The meeting also discussed the issue of creating a section of a correctional institution for those sentenced to forced labor at a glass enterprise. FSIN officers examined the alleged places of residence and work of the convicts.

The penitentiary department emphasizes that the organization of the execution of sentences for those sentenced to forced labor is one of the priority tasks of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Recall that a year ago, the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Vladimir region spoke about the start of negotiations with the largest tourist center in the city of Suzdal - the State Customs Committee. There, too, it was proposed to use the labor of women sentenced to forced labor. However, since then, the details of the creation of a correctional center in Suzdal on the basis of the "Turtsentr" have not been announced.
