Draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation for consideration

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!

The Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia has developed a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Procedure and conditions for the provision from the federal budget funds received as payment of the environmental fee for the fulfillment of standards for the disposal of waste from the use of goods, the responsibility for the disposal of which is fulfilled by manufacturers of goods, importers of goods by paying an environmental fee ”.
