Collection of proposals for the development of law enforcement practice in the areas of industrial policy, procurement and strategic planning

In accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yu.I. Borisov on the results of the congress held on August 24-28, 2020 “Diversification of the defense industry in the interests of national projects. Transformation of the production base "The Association" StekloSouz "of Russia, in order to develop law enforcement practice in the areas of industrial policy, procurement and strategic planning, asks for proposals on issues related to:

- conducting procurement procedures in terms of investment projects related to the implementation of national projects (programs), including the determination of a single supplier (contractor, performer) in the procurement for state needs of Russian products manufactured by organizations of the military-industrial complex (hereinafter - the defense industry complex);

- ensuring import substitution and location of high-tech civilian products by defense organizations, as well as security of the most important elements of critical information infrastructure, mobilization preparation of the economy, creation, modernization and maintenance of readiness of mobilization capacities, production of strategic raw materials and materials.
