Thanks to the work of the Service Sales Center (CPA), about 3 million tons of cargo were dispatched from the stations of the North Caucasian Railway in January-August 2021

At the same time, it was possible to attract about 350 new customers to railway transport.

Among the most significant ones implemented with the participation of the CPA, it is possible to note the organization of transportation of flat glass by the consignor Salavatsteklo Kaspiy from the Shamkhal station in Dagestan to different regions of the country and for export.

In July, more than 30 thousand tons of products of this enterprise were sent. In total, this year, service sales centers processed 6,000 requests, most of which related to the provision of rolling stock, loading and unloading services at the terminal and warehouse infrastructure of the North Caucasus Railways, as well as consulting services, including the organization of electronic document management. Applications were received through a single federal number 8-800-755-000 and the Customer Support Service of the Russian Railways website.
