Association StekloSouz of Russia. Joint meetings with drafters of laws

Dear colleagues!

From January 1, 2022, Federal Law No. 247 of January 31, 2020 and Federal Law No. 248 of July 31, 2020 “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” come into force.

In these laws, concepts, explanations, procedures for their application, as well as types of liability (administrative and criminal) provided for the heads of enterprises for non-compliance with these laws are presented in detail.

According to Federal Law No. 248, at the moment it is required not only to ensure security, but also to prove the fact of increasing the level of security of business entities.

Specialists of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia turned to the developers of these laws with a request to clarify the articles of these laws, their practical implementation and application.

In order to clarify and understand the provisions of these laws, a series of joint meetings of the heads of glass enterprises with developers is envisaged in 2022. The meetings will consider all the details of the application of these laws.

The specific dates and times of these meetings will be announced additionally as information becomes available about the desire of the leaders of glass factories to take part in them.
