In Saransk, the property of the bankrupt lighting giant Lisma will be sold for a third of a billion rubles

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova has extended the bankruptcy proceedings against LLC Lisma until March 16, 2021. This is reported in the electronic file of arbitration cases. Thus, the court granted the liquidator's petition to extend the term of the bankruptcy procedure by six months, justified by the need to carry out the measures provided for by the bankruptcy law. In particular, work is underway to submit personnel documents to the archive, collect accounts receivable, and sell the debtor's property.

In addition, according to the information on the Fedresurs website, the bankruptcy creditor of Lisma, the Corporation for the Development of the Republic of Mordovia, whose claims are secured by the pledge of the debtor's property, approved the regulation on the initial sale price, procedure, terms and conditions for the sale of property. The initial price of the property of "Lisma", which is the subject of the pledge, was approved in the amount of 335 million 636.7 thousand rubles. In particular, we are talking about buildings of several buildings (engineering, building N2 EMU, production shop, glass building N3 and blank building N5), autotransformer buildings, chimney. According to the arbitration card index, the third stage of the register of creditors of Lisma included the claim of the Corporation for Development of the Republic of Mordovia in the amount of 266.754 million rubles. The creditor's claim is secured by a pledge of Lisma's property.

LLC Lisma was declared insolvent (bankrupt) in March 2020, and bankruptcy proceedings were opened against the debtor's property. At the same time it was reported that a group of private individuals as part of the Interpharmglass company would buy out the property complex of Lisma LLC during bankruptcy, and plans to develop glass production.

According to the system "SPARK-Interfax", 100% of shares in LLC "Lisma" are owned by the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Mordovia "Management company" Industrial (industrial) park "Svetotekhnika". LLC Saransk Lighting Engineering Plant Lisma was registered in December 2019, 100% of shares are owned by Timur Sharipov, who also owns 66% of shares in LLC Interpharmglass. Maxim Mudrov and Oleg Ruzankin also own 17% of shares in Interpharmglass. Sharipov is also the owner of 100% and the CEO of Storm Group LLC (Moscow, the main activity is the processing of fish, crustaceans, molluscs), as well as the CEO of VI Group LLC.
