Saratov plans to expand glass production

On January 18, Prime Minister Roman Busargin visited Saratovstroysteklo JSC.

The official noted that this is one of the largest enterprises in the region. It is one of the leaders in the domestic glass industry.

“Despite the fact that production is automated, people are the main priority here. I talked to the factory staff. The average salary is 60-70 thousand rubles, depending on the qualifications of the employee,” Busargin said.

He stressed that the company's management has plans to expand production. Currently, Saratovstroysteklo JSC is implementing an investment project for the construction of a warehouse for finished products, which is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
