Vice-President of RATM Holding again entered the TOP-1000 Russian Managers

Irina Ryabysheva, Vice President of RATM Holding for Investment and Financial Policy, who took the third position in the list of TOP-100 CFOs in the Diversified Holdings category, became the laureate of the rating for the second year in a row.

The TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating of the Association of Managers and the Kommersant Publishing House is formed annually and is a tool for assessing the professional reputation of leading Russian top managers.

With the direct participation of Irina Ryabysheva, the replacement and improvement of the quality of the loan portfolio of Siberian Glass LLC (part of RATM Holding, Novosibirsk) was carried out, and interest rates on loans were reduced. As part of Sibstekl's presence in the public debt market, in December 2021, the company was assigned a credit rating from the ACRA rating agency - ВВ- (RU) for the first time. In addition, Sibstekla has streamlined its corporate governance structure by creating a Board of Directors and adopting a five-year strategy for the company's development.

According to the results of 2021, the glass group of RATM Holding reached record levels: 711.5 million glass products left the conveyors (+ 9% compared to the previous year), revenue from the sale of glass containers amounted to 5 billion rubles (+ 20%), EBITDA was at the level of 1.3 billion rubles.

Let us recall that earlier the top manager secured funding for the implementation of a large-scale project to commission a new glass melting furnace with the participation of the Russian Industry Development Fund. As a result, the plant's productivity increased by 30% to 850 million units per year.
