Meeting of the Council of the RF CCI 11/23/2021

Dear Colleagues!

On November 23, 2021, at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI), a meeting of the RF CCI Council for Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy was held on the topic “The main directions of the budget, tax and customs tariff policy of the Ministry of Finance of Russia for the next three years. Their influence on the development of industry and the competitiveness of the Russian economy ”.

The session was moderated by Dmitry Kurochkin, Vice-President of the RF CCI, and Konstantin Babkin, Chairman of the Council, President of the Rosspetsmash Association.

The event was held in a mixed format with the participation of representatives of state authorities, business, scientific and expert communities.

On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dubna, Alexey Korukov, Development Director of VNITEP, took part in the meeting and made a speech. In addition to him, Vladimir Bobrov, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dubna, took part in the meeting online.

The StekloSouz Association of Russia was represented at the meeting by President Viktor Ivanovich Osipov, a member of the RF CCI Council for Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy.

The relevance of the topic of discussion was reflected at the very beginning in the speeches of the Vice-President of the RF CCI Dmitry Kurochkin and the Chairman of the RF CCI Council for Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy Konstantin Babkin, who focused on reorienting the budgetary, tax and customs tariff policy of the state in order to overcome dependence on raw materials, the creation of priority conditions for the manufacturing sectors of the economy and the development of agriculture.

Aseptika "(Moscow Region) Olga Pelekhataya, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers of the Eurasian Economic Union Dmitry Kudlai, Commercial Director of Frigoglass Eurasia LLC (Oryol Region) Andrey Revkov, General Director of Soyuzmoloko Artem Belov, Chairman of the RF CCI Council for Financial and Industrial and investment policy, Council member Vladimir Gamza, Head of the Agrarian Economics Department of the VEB Institute for Research and Expertise Lidiya Ilyushina, Council member - Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy - Head of the Rostov Region Industry Department Andrei Atamantsev.

Summing up the results of the meeting, Dmitry Kurochkin noted that all the proposals made will be taken into account when finalizing the decision of the Council with a view to further sending it to the Ministry of Finance of Russia and other relevant departments.
