Public discussion of Draft regulatory legal acts

Dear Colleagues!

As you know, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI).

The StekloSouz Association of Russia received a request from the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry with a request to prepare proposals in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

We publish these projects:

- Draft order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia "On approval of the Procedure for registration, state registration and issuance of licenses for the use of subsoil in relation to subsoil plots, with the exception of subsoil plots of local significance."
